FIELD: genetic engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to materials for genetic sequencing. A resin composition is proposed for the production of a flow cell for genetic sequencing, including a curable free-radical resin matrix including polysiloxane substituted with acryloxy- or methacryloxy-groups or acryl-substituted polyhedral oligomeric silsesquioxane, a free-radical photo-initiator, a matrix of epoxide resin, and a photo acid generator. In a cured state, the proposed resin composition differs in weak autofluorescence or absence of autofluorescence in radiation with blue light with an excitation wave length from about 380 nm to about 480 nm, or in radiation with green light with an excitation wave length from about 510 nm to about 560 nm. A flow cell for genetic sequencing and its production method are also proposed.
EFFECT: proposed composition allows for the creation of effective flow cells for genetic sequencing with a reduced level of autofluorescence.
