FIELD: genetic engineering.

SUBSTANCE: invention can be used for detecting and analyzing molecules including deoxyribonucleic and ribonucleic acids. A method for the formation of biochips includes applying a hydrophobic polymer layer in the form of a scheme to film of cross-stitched resin of polyhedral oligomeric silsesquioxane (hereinafter – POSS) containing an epoxy group. Discrete sections of film of cross-stitched resin of epoxy-POSS remain available for impacting. Then, polymer coating is applied, as a result of which an attached part of coating is obtained on discrete sections available for impacting, and an unattached part of coating is obtained on the hydrophobic layer applied in the form of a scheme. Then, the unattached part of coating is removed by washing. An option of a method for the formation of biochips and biochips are also proposed.

EFFECT: invention provides for the determination of a sequence of genetic material of a large length.
