FIELD: measuring equipment.

SUBSTANCE: flow cell module includes the first and the second structured plates having a modified surface and a separating layer. The first structured plate with the modified structure includes the first recesses separated by the first intermediate sites, and the first functionalized molecule is attached to the first silane or silane derivative in at least some of the first recesses, and the first primer is imparted to the first functionalized molecule in at least some of the first recesses. The second structured plate with the modified surface includes the second recesses separated by the second intermediate sites, and the second functionalized molecule is attached to the second silane or silane derivative in at least some of the second recesses, and the second primer is imparted to the second functionalized molecule in at least some of the second recesses. The separating layer fastens at least some of the first intermediate sites to at least some of the second intermediate sites and at least partially limits corresponding chambers for the fluid of the flow cell module.
