The essence of the invention lies in the fact that with the help of a telescope the direction to a possible source of gravitational waves is chosen, the periodic change in the frequency of the gravitational shift of the spectral line of the optical or radio frequency signals that appears on the Earth, which is a consequence of the passage of these signals through a curved under the influence gravitational space-time wave close to its source.

EFFECT: enabling the detection and registration of gravitational waves from stable, but low-power sources of such waves, such as paired stars rotating around a common center of mass.
