FIELD: gas industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention is intended for the purification or separation of a gas flow. An adsorber contains cylindrical shell (R), lower domed end part (F1), upper domed end part (F2) containing the main hole for filling with granular material, wherein the specified hole has internal diameter Din, granular material with AND particle size, granular material with M particle size, and filling system (A), which is made with the possibility of being extracted from the shell and installed into the main hole for filling. Filling system (A) consists of a cylinder, which is perforated along the entire or part of its height, an upper end part with diameter Dext, and a lower end part. The distance Din-Dext is more than a doubled particle size of material with M particle size. Granular material with AND particle size and granular material with M particle size follow each other in a direction of circulation of the gas flow and are such that M > AND. Material with M particle size is in contact with both at least one part of the outer surface of system (A) and with at least one part of the inner surface of upper domed end part (F2).
EFFECT: provision of effective retention of an adsorbent, better gas distribution and adsorbent filling.
