LIGHT WOOD BOARD Russian patent published in 2015 - IPC B27N3/00

Abstract RU 2546272 C2

FIELD: process engineering.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to woodworking, particularly, to production of wood boards. Light monolayer wood player features bulk density smaller than 500 kg/m3. Said wood board consists of the mix of crushed and cut wood chips. Note here that the content of crushed wood chips in the board makes 5-30% and that of cut chips of 70-95% of the total content of wood in the board. Mean length of chip makes smaller than 40 mm. For fabrication of wood monolayer board said ships are coated with glue drum mixer and distributed with the help of distribution head and, then, compressed at pressure at higher temperature.

EFFECT: decreased weight.
