SUBSTANCE: invention can be used to obtain preparations intended to maintain the balance of essential macro- and microelements in the body. Embodiments of the method for obtaining a concentrate from the scallop of Flexopecten ponticus are proposed. To obtain an ethanol-free concentrate, dried scallop tissues are extracted in a ratio of 1:1.5 raw material:extractant mixture. Moreover, a polar mixture of extractants is used containing 96% ethanol and glycerol in a ratio of 1:2 and extraction is carried out at a temperature of 40-60°C within 24 hours. The ethanol is then evaporated using a rotary evaporator. In the second version of the method, to obtain an alcoholic concentrate of elements, extraction of dried scallop tissue is carried out in a ratio of 1:1.5 raw material:extractant mixture. Moreover, as an extractant mixture, a highly polar mixture of extractants is used, containing 96% ethanol and diethyl ether in a 2:1 ratio. Extraction is carried out for 24 hours at a temperature of 20±2°C, and diethyl ether is evaporated on a rotary evaporator.

EFFECT: invention is aimed at obtaining functional products from scallop meat F.ponticus, that is, concentrates of essential macro- and microelements using extraction.
