FIELD: oral care.
SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to a toothpaste composition, which can be placed in a pump-type container, and pump-type toothpaste. The composition of pump-type toothpaste being in the pump-type container contains a non-ionic surfactant with HLB value of 16 or less and abrasive. At the same time, the content of the non-ionic surfactant with HLB value of 16 or less is from 0.1 to 10 wt.% per the total weight of the composition, the content of abrasive contained in the composition is 40% by weight or less per the total weight of the composition, the viscosity of the composition of pump-type toothpaste is from 5000 cP to 30,000 cP at 25°C, when measuring the viscosity during the rotation at a rotation speed of 20 rpm with a spindle No. 7 on a Brookfield viscometer of RVT type. Pump-type toothpaste contains the above-mentioned toothpaste composition and the pump-type container, in which the specified composition is placed.
EFFECT: when using a non-ionic surfactant with HLB value of 16 or less in the above-mentioned range of values of the content of this component, curing of a toothpaste composition is difficult, which contributes to the improvement of stability of unloading of the toothpaste composition, when pumping with a pump, due to the prevention of piston wear.
