SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a strain of Escherichia coli BL21(DE3) intended for producing human ω-amidase. Proposed is a strain of Escherichia coli BL21(DE3) transformed by the expression plasmid construct pQE-Nit22 shown in Fig. 1. The 81 nucleotide of the coding region of the Nit2 gene, defined by the sites of restrictases BamHI and SphI, in the expression plasmid construct pQE-Nit22 herein corresponds to SEQ ID#1.

EFFECT: possibility of increasing the output of the product when cultivating on peptone, yeast extract, and glucose-based nutrient media.
