OPTIMIZED RECOMBINANT PROTEIN ENCODING GENE - HUMAN INTERFERON ALPHA-17 ANALOG Russian patent published in 2017 - IPC C12N15/21 C12N15/70 C12N1/21 C12R1/19

Abstract RU 2620073 C2

FIELD: biotechnology.

SUBSTANCE: nucleotide sequence encoding a recombinant protein - interferon alpha-17 analog, optimized for expression in E. coli cells by using codons optimal for the bacterium. The nucleotide sequence is cloned into pET30a and pET32a plasmids, which are used to produce E. coli producing strains. The invention allows expression of an interferon alpha-17 analog with an activity of more than 50% in the MDBK/VSV system of 2.1⋅109 Un/mcmol.

EFFECT: possibility of obtaining of a recombinant protein - interferon alpha-17 analog.
