FIELD: mineral processing.
SUBSTANCE: proposed invention relates to devices designed for mineral processing, and can be used to separate solid particles by density, in particular for the processing of gold ores and fine sands. The centrifugal concentrator contains a hollow rotor connected to a bowl placed in its cavity, having an inner surface with recesses between the annular protrusions and holes for injecting liquid into the recesses from the device for its supply through the hollow shaft of the rotor and the cavity between the walls of the rotor and the bowl. The bowl is made with a cylindrical wall. In the recesses between the annular protrusions, annular cavities are formed with faces converging towards the outer surface of the bowl, on which there are partitions of a triangular shape in the longitudinal section, displaced with respect to the partitions on the opposite side by half the length of the triangle base and directed towards the axes of the holes for liquid injection. In the upper part of the recesses forming the annular cavities, a permeable plug is installed, consisting of traps, a grid and polymer veins. The permeable plug is made in the form of an open ring coaxial with the bowl.
EFFECT: increasing the efficiency of segregation of separated particles, as well as increasing the efficiency and productivity of the ore dressing process.
