SUBSTANCE: invention relates to an artificial grass recycling line. The technical result is achieved by an artificial grass recycling line allowing the sheet of artificial grass to be loaded automatically or manually into the loading part of a crusher shredder for crushing. The sheet of artificial grass is then compressed by the press plate to the rotor with rotational and translational movements, leading to crushing by means of sharp knives. The pressure force of the hydraulic press plate is therein adjusted by the system automatically. The crushed fraction is then supplied over a conveyor into an extruder containing an oval-shaped body, a main screw and at least one additional screw. The inside of the body and the screws are therein treated with hardening spraying, the blades of at least one additional screw pass between the turns of the main screw so as to prevent sticking of the mass of composite material. At least one additional screw therein is installed with rotation in the direction opposite to the rotation of the main screw. The polymer mass undergoes the processes of melting and plasticising in the extruder, including those providing the possibility of adding a filler, and upon completion of the process, a gate opens, and the mould-ready polymer composite mass is unloaded.
EFFECT: creation of an apparatus for recycling artificial grass without any preliminary treatment.
