FIELD: gas compressor units.
SUBSTANCE: gas compressor unit of the compressor station contains a compressor, a combustion chamber, a power gas turbine, a natural gas blower, a regenerative air heater and a subatmospheric utilization power plant; in front of the compressor of the drive gas turbine plant, an M-cycle apparatus is installed with “dry” and “wet” air channels separated by a metal wall covered on the side of the “wet” air channel with a hydrophilic surface wetted by water. When operating in summer mode, the “wet” outlet is connected by an air duct to the inlet of a regenerative air heater, the outlet of which is connected to the turbine inlet of a subatmospheric utilization power plant; its output through the heat exchange surface of the air cooler-condenser and the compressor is connected to the atmosphere; the inlet of the hydrophilic surface is connected to the inlet water pipeline with the pump, and its outlet is connected by the cooling water pipeline to the heat exchange surface of the air cooler-condenser. The sprinkler is installed at the air inlet to the regenerative air heater; the pipeline bypassing the hydrophilic surface of the M-cycle apparatus connects the inlet water pipeline with the cooling water pipeline, the pipeline for supplying condensate to the spray device connects the air cooler-condenser housing with the spray device; shut-off valves are additionally installed on the inlet water pipeline, on the pipeline bypassing the hydrophilic surface of the M-cycle apparatus and on the pipeline for supplying condensate to the spraying device.
EFFECT: gas compressor unit improvement.
