FIELD: electroplating.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of electroplating, in particular to the treatment of the surface of bioresorbable magnesium implants, which allows the formation of a bioactive surface for implantation into bone tissue, in particular, to reduce the dissolution rate of bioresorbable magnesium implants, as well as to improve their biological compatibility with a living organism, and can be used in the manufacture of implants for traumatology, orthopedics and various types of plastic surgery. The method includes microarc oxidation of an implant in an alkaline electrolyte containing compounds of sodium, silicon and zirconium, while the electrolyte contains diatomite with microparticles of zirconium dioxide as modifying components and has the following composition, g/l: diatomite 5-10; zirconium dioxide 5-10; sodium hydroxide 5-10; sodium silicate 15-20.
EFFECT: obtaining on magnesium alloy implants a bio-coating made of diatomite modified with zirconium dioxide microparticles, evenly distributed over the surface and thickness of the coating to increase its adhesive strength, corrosion resistance, reduce the bioresorption rate of the magnesium implant and its successful osseointegration.
