SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of molecular biology, virology and biotechnology. A set of reagents for the detection of SARS-CoV-2 RNA by real-time loop isothermal amplification using a one-step reverse transcription reaction combined with real-time loop isothermal amplification using developed unique oligonucleotide primers in a freeze-dried state with an analytical sensitivity of 1⋅103 copies of SARS-CoV-2 RNA in 1 ml, without the steps of sample preparation and RNA isolation. The kit contains a freeze-dried analytical reaction mixture packaged in striped microtubes, a control freeze-dried reaction mixture packaged in striped microtubes, a diluent, a positive control sample, a negative control sample, a buffer for extracting a biological sample, a medical disposable sterile probe.
EFFECT: invention can be used for specific clinical laboratory diagnostics of coronavirus infection COVID-19, namely for detection of RNA of severe acute respiratory syndrome coronavirus 2 SARS-CoV-2 in analyzed samples.
