FIELD: molecular biology, virology and biotechnology.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of molecular biology, virology and biotechnology. A test system for detecting SARS-CoV-2, Influenza virus A and Influenza virus B by the method of one-step polymerase chain reaction with reverse transcription is described. The test system includes oligonucleotide primers and fluorescent probes with the following structure: influenza B forward primer ATTCTTCAATgAAgAAggAAC; influenza B reverse primer CTCCCAACACggTAgATA; fluorescent probe of influenza B virus (R6G) -TCCCATCATCATyCCAgg- (BHQ-1); influenza A forward primer CACCAAAyCATgArggAATA; influenza A reverse primer gCTCATgTTgATTCCCAC; influenza A (ROX) fluorescent probe -TgCAggTCCTrTAgAATCTrTCCACTC- (BHQ-2); forward primer SARS-CoV-2 AgAgCTATgAATTgCAgAC; reverse primer SARS-CoV-2 gggAAATACAAAATTTggACA; fluorescent probe SARS-CoV-2 (FAM) -AATTggCAAAgAAATTTgACACCTTCA- (BHQ-1).
