SUBSTANCE: invention relates to biotechnology. A set of oligonucleotide primers and probes for the identification of human coronavirus SARS-CoV-2 RNA by isothermal PCR with real-time hybridization-fluorescence detection is described and can be used in biotechnology and genetic engineering. The kit contains diagnostic primer pairs for two genes lab and S of the SARS-CoV-2 virus and DARC probes, as well as a pair of primers for the enzyme Glyceraldehyde 3-phosphate dehydrogenase - GAPDH, EC 1.2.1.12.
EFFECT: providing both high sensitivity and specificity.
