FIELD: testing equipment.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the oil and gas industry, in particular to test benches for a swivel joint, which is an integral part of a bench for pumping liquefied natural gas, and can be used for conducting certification dynamic tests. The swivel joint test bench is a frame structure containing a test control system and having a fluid supply system, into which a test assembly with a swivel joint is installed and fixed from below and above, according to the invention, on the sides of the frame structure it contains two drives that make it possible to set the axial load, bending moment and radial load, and on the base, there is a drive that makes it possible to set rotary loads (rotation). The test control system of the swivel joint of the bench contains a drive control unit and a strapping unit of the test layout of the bench, made with the ability to control the supply and release of fluid from the cavity of the test layout and control the parameters (for example, thermodynamic) in the test cavity, rotation parameters of the test layout, as well as control of radial and axial loads acting on the test installation. In this case, the drive control unit is designed with the ability to send signals to the drive system designed for testing the swivel joint, in order to provide axial and radial load on the test layout and ensure rotation of the test layout, and with the ability to send signals to feed the fluid into the cavity of the test layout and release the fluid from the cavity of the test layout.
EFFECT: possibility of automating the process of testing swivel joints, as well as the ability to significantly simplify both the design itself and the control of the bench, which entails an increase in the accuracy of the results and high safety.
