The heating device is designed with the possibility of heating the air and at the same time forming a flow of heated air in the direction of the snow melting chamber. The snow melting chamber has internal and external walls and is made with the possibility of loading snow into it. The space between the inner and outer walls of the snow melting chamber is divided by labyrinth partitions forming a labyrinth of interconnected air channels along the entire surface of the inner and outer walls of the snow melting chamber. At the same time, the entrance opening of the labyrinth is made with the possibility of passing heated air into the air channels, which are made with the possibility of passing heated air, which heats the inner wall of the snow melting chamber, which is made with the possibility of heating and melting snow. The exit opening of the labyrinth is made with the possibility of passing snow-cooled air from the air channels into the meltwater chamber. In addition, the snow melting chamber and the meltwater chamber are separated by a common inter-chamber partition, which has an overflow hole made with the possibility of pouring meltwater from the snow melting chamber into the meltwater chamber.
