SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, in particular to urology, and is intended to predict the risk of recurrence of stone formation in patients with urolithiasis. The presence of factors is determined: taking calcium preparations lasting at least one month during the current year, taking vitamin D preparations lasting at least one month during the current year, the presence of a fracture in the anamnesis for the last five years, smoking at least one pack of cigarettes a day for the last five years, the presence of an episode of urolithiasis in anamnesis. In the presence of each of the listed factors, 1 point is assigned and the sum of points is calculated. The patient’s full age is determined. The value of the daily excretion of uric acid in millimoles is determined. According to the obtained values, the value of the function y is calculated according to the stated formula. In the case of obtaining y value greater than 0.5, a high probability of recurrence of stone formation is predicted.

EFFECT: method provides the possibility of obtaining a reliable and objective predictive assessment of the risk of recurrence of urolithiasis based on the analysis of risk factors identified during the clinical and anamnestic examination of the patient.
