SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a method for producing 2-{[({2-[({[2-(aminocarbonyl)phenyl]amino}-methyl)thio]alkyl}thio)methyl]amino}benzamides by the general formula (1)

structurally similar to azapodands, ensuring targeted delivery of pharmacophore, exhibiting inhibitory capacity for kinesin Eg5, as well as complexing properties with respect to radioactive and rare earth elements, alkaline and transition metals. The proposed method consists in 2-aminobenzamide undergoing interaction with paraform and α,ω-alkanedithiols selected from 1,2-ethane-, or 1,3-propane-, or 1,4-butanedithiol, in the presence of SmCl3·6H2O as a catalyst. The reagents are therein used at a molar ratio of 2-aminobenzamide:paraform:α,ω-alkanedithiol:[SmCl3·6H2O] = (1-3):(1-3):1:(0.05-0.15), and the interaction is performed at a temperature of 70 to 90°C for 10 to 16 hours in a mixture of solvents MeON:CHCl3 (2:1, volumetric).

EFFECT: proposed method allows production of target compounds with an output of 20 to 60%.
