SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, namely surgery, and can be used in the treatment of old and fresh tendon ruptures and their defects after purulent-inflammatory diseases of the tendon apparatus. Suture is performed with three tiers of loops with an intra-stem thread and tying a knot on the distal part of the tendon. Then, by vacuum liposuction, further purification and enrichment, cells of the stromal vascular fraction are obtained from the subcutaneous fat of the abdomen or thighs. In the area of rupture, the resulting drug is injected into both ends of the damaged tendon in a volume of 2-3 ml with a needle with a diameter of 0.23 mm before suturing, and 3-4 mm above and below the rupture zone within the suture, so that the entire suture zone is infiltrated by the drug.

EFFECT: method makes it possible to improve the functions of the limb segment, to prevent postoperative complications in the form of contractures, suture failure, rejection of suture material by reducing the time of immobilization and the possibility of earlier development of movements of the damaged segment.
