SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, namely to traumatology and orthopedics, and can be used in arthroscopic surgery of the shoulder joint with partial ruptures of the tendon of the scapular muscle. The anchor is installed in the area of the entrance to the bicipital furrow, while using one anchor, and fixing is performed with three pairs of threads. After installing the anchor, the tendon of the long biceps head is sutured with the first pair of threads. Next, a second pair of threads is used, while the first thread of this pair is used to suture the tendon of the long head of the biceps, and the second thread is used to suture the upper part of the tendon of the scapular muscle. Next, the suturing of the third pair of threads of the upper part of the tendon of the scapular muscle is performed. Then the arthroscopic knots are tied in the following order: first of all, knots are formed on the threads of the first, then knots are tied on the threads of the third pair, and last of all, knots are tied on the threads of the second pair.

EFFECT: method reduces the time of the operation by using one anchor fixator while maintaining sufficient fixation strength, reduces the traumatism of surgery due to maximum preservation of bone tissue.
