SUBSTANCE: invention discloses a contactless device and a method for high-speed infrared temperature measurement with liquid nitrogen cooling, which relate to the technical field of infrared temperature measurement. Present invention comprises a working reservoir, a Dewar flask is installed on one side of the inner part of the working reservoir. Infrared detector is installed on the side wall of the Dewar flask, and the infrared laser emitter is installed on the other side of the inner part of the working reservoir. Beam splitting unit is installed inside the working reservoir opposite the infrared laser emitter. Reflector is installed inside the working reservoir, and an interrupter is located between the reflector and the infrared detector. According to the present invention, a Dewar flask, a reflector, a circuit module, an infrared laser emitter, an interrupter, an objective lens, a working reservoir, a spectroscope and other components are integrated into an integrated high-speed infrared temperature measuring device, which is mainly used to solve problems associated with existing dynamic temperature measurement methods (such as a thermocouple method, a heat-sensitive film method and a liquid crystal film method), having a long response time, practically not applicable in complex media requiring contact measurement, having possibility to change initial temperature field and low accuracy of data.
