FIELD: smoking accessories.
SUBSTANCE: unit (100) with a smoking article, comprising smoking article (80) and tube (10) for temporary attachment to a smoking article. Smoking article comprises a tobacco rod and a mouthpiece comprising a filter and a rim wrapper that surrounds said filter and attaches said filter to the tobacco rod. Tube is configured to be placed around at least a portion of the mouthpiece so that the said tube can slide on the outer surface of the tipping paper. Tube comprises an open end located upstream; open end located further downstream; and an inner surface forming a lumen for holding the mouthpiece of the smoking article and extending from an open end located upstream of the flow to an open end located further downstream. Coefficient of static friction between the inner surface of the tube and the outer surface of the tipping paper can be from about 0.5 to about 0.9.
EFFECT: said lumen can be substantially cylindrical and have a diameter which exceeds the average diameter of the mouthpiece of the smoking article by a value of one percent to four percent.
