FIELD: microbiological industry.
SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to the microbiological industry, namely to a technology of production of microbial protein mass of a strain of methane-oxidizing bacteria. A method and a system for the production of microbial protein mass of a strain of methane-oxidizing bacteria are proposed. Fermentation is carried out in a closed system, using a tubular fermenter, a gas separator, a heat exchanger, and an injector, through which natural gas is supplied. Initial solutions for vital activity of bacteria are dosed from containers by peristaltic pumps into an intermediate container, from which they are supplied to a fermenter unit by the pump. A suspension is supplied from the fermenter to the gas separator, then it is directed from the gas separator through the heat exchanger to the injector, using a circulation pump. A gas emulsion is supplied from the injector to the tubular fermenter. After the fermenter, a bacterial suspension is sprayed by a nozzle of the gas separator and removed from the fermenter unit by the pump. A gas phase is released from the fermenter through the gas separator.
EFFECT: increase in the performance of microbial protein based on methane-oxidizing bacteria.
