FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of medicine; it can be used for the treatment of patients with congenital epidermolysis bullosa. The method includes the combined use of human allogeneic fibroblasts and a living skin equivalent. Donor cells are used by sequential application of two types of donor cell transplantations. At the first stage of treatment of long-term non-healing erosion/ ulcer of the skin, a single intradermal injection of 1 ml of a suspension of human allogeneic fibroblasts at a concentration of 20x106 cl/ml at a distance of no more than 0.5 cm from the edge of an erosive-ulcerative defect is performed by 0.1 ml with an interval between injection sites of no more than 1 cm. At the second stage, in the absence of complete healing of erosion/ulcer, on the 14th day after the use of fibroblasts in the form of suspension injections, transplantation of dermal fibroblasts and epidermal keratinocytes is performed as part of the living skin equivalent containing a biocompatible carrier base, collagen gel with fibroblasts distributed in it at a concentration of 100 thousand per 1 ml of gel, and human epidermal keratinocytes in in the amount of 100 thousand per 1 cm2, transplanted to the surface of long-term non-healing erosion/ulcer of the skin.
EFFECT: use of the invention makes it possible to increase the expression of structural proteins of the skin in the area of the dermo-epidermal junction and accelerate the healing process of erosive-ulcerative skin defects.
