FIELD: medicine; pharmaceuticals.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a compound of formula I in a free or pharmaceutically acceptable salt form which can be used as serotonin (5-HT2A) modulator, dopamine (D1) and mu-opioid receptors. In the compound of formula IX is -NH-; L is O; Z is -CH(OR1)-, -O- or -C(=O)-; R1 is H. Invention also relates to a pharmaceutical composition for treating a central nervous system disorder involving serotonin 5-HT2A pathways, serotonin reuptake (SERT) transporter, dopamine D1 or mu-opioid receptor containing a therapeutically effective amount of the compound of formula I. Also described is a method of treating or preventing central nervous system disorders involving serotonin 5-HT2A, serotonin reuptake (SERT), dopamine D1 or mu-opioid receptor. Proposed method comprises administering to patient in need thereof a compound or pharmaceutical composition of invention.
