FIELD: chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of organic polysulfides, more specifically to a method for synthesis of functionalized organic polysulfides of the formula (I), in which different substitutes are such as defined in the claims. The specified method includes stages of: a) obtaining a compound of the formula (II), in which different substitutes as such as defined in the claims; b) obtaining inorganic polysulfide; c) interaction between at least the specified compound of the formula (II) and the specified inorganic polysulfide in the presence of enzyme selected from sulfhydrylases; d) obtaining at least one functionalized polysulfide of the formula (I); e) separation and isolation of at least one specified functionalized organic polysulfide of the formula (I). In this case, stages a) and b) are not conducted or conducted at the same time. The invention also relates to digomocysteinpolysulfide obtained by the proposed method, where the specified digomocysteinpolysulfide is digomocystein tetrasulfide or digomocystein pentasulfide.
EFFECT: proposed method is carried out at moderate temperature and pressure, in an aqueous solution with pH values close to neutral, and with the use of source materials of renewable origin, and the method in general is more environmentally friendly.
