FIELD: biotechnology.
SUBSTANCE: in the group of inventions, the following is presented: T-cells containing a structure of chimeric antibody – T-cell receptor and a structure of a chimeric signal receptor. The chimeric antibody – T-cell receptor contains an antigen-binding module, which specifically binds to a target antigen, and a T-cell receptor module capable of recruiting at least one TCR-associated signal molecule, and the chimeric signal receptor contains a ligan-binding domain, which specifically binds to a target ligand, and a co-stimulating signal domain capable of providing a stimulating signal to an immune cell. Nucleic acid, an expression vector, a pharmaceutical composition, a method for destruction of a target cell, a method for the treatment of a cancer disease in an individual who needs it, and a method for provision of a co-stimulating signal to a T-cell are also proposed.
EFFECT: invention allows for the treatment of a cancer disease in an individual who needs it, where the cancer disease is related to expression of a target antigen in the individual, and where the target antigen is detected by a T-cell.
