FIELD: immunology.
SUBSTANCE: disclosed are chimeric antigenic receptors (CAR) against representative D of group 5 of family C receptors associated with G-proteins (GPRC5D), immunoreactive cell, T-cell, nucleic acid molecule, host cell. What is also presented is a method for reducing a tumor load, methods for prolonging the survival time of a subject, a method for producing an immunoreactive cell, pharmaceutical compositions, kits.
EFFECT: present invention can find further application in therapy of various tumors expressing GPRC5D.
