SUBSTANCE: relates to the construction of buildings with load-bearing walls made of small concrete blocks on pile foundations with a reinforced concrete foundation beam in permafrost conditions, in particular to the design of a basement floor assembly with a load-bearing wall made of concrete blocks over cold and ventilated undergrounds. A method for constructing a load-bearing wall assembly from concrete blocks and a monolithic basement floor over cold or ventilated undergrounds involves installing monolithic foundation beams and a basement floor on piles with the former located on the upper side. After the concrete structures have gained strength, the load-bearing external and internal walls are laid using small concrete blocks on foundation beams. Thermal insulation of the basement floor is carried out on the lower flat side of the floor using mineral wool slabs. Additionally, they carry out installation of facade structures and thermal insulation work on external walls.

EFFECT: significant increase in temperature on the floor surface of the first floor and a reduction in heat loss through the section of the basement floor with the outer wall by eliminating the thermal bridge and ensuring the continuity of the building's heat-protective shell.
