FIELD: biotechnology.
SUBSTANCE: method for the production of a mixture of antibodies, containing two monospecific antibodies and one bispecific antibody, is proposed, where all antibodies have a common heavy chain. Two antibodies with different specificity determined by the same variable domain of the heavy chain are isolated. Then, two different light chains and one heavy chain of the specified antibodies are co-expressed in a cell, which leads to the assembly of monospecific and bispecific antibodies. One of the specified light chains contains the Kappa constant domain, and the other contains the Lambda constant domain. A mixture of antibodies is also proposed for isolation of two monospecific antibodies and one bispecific antibody, obtained by the specified method.
EFFECT: invention provides regulation of the ratio of different antibodies in the resulting mixture for maximization of production of a bispecific antibody.
