FIELD: pharmaceutics.
SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to inhibitors of enteropeptidase and/or trypsin. A compound or its pharmaceutically acceptable salt is claimed, having the following general formula (I): , where: A1 and A2, each independently, are a residue of an inhibitor having at least one type of activity selected from enteropeptidase-inhibiting activity and trypsin-inhibiting activity; Z is a bridge, which connects A1 to A2, and which is a simple bond, C6-C12 arylene group, -(CH2-CH2-O)m-CH2-CH2-, -(CH2-O-CH2)m-, -(CH2)m-(C6-C12arylene)-(CH2)m-, or -(CH2)n-; m is an integer from 1 to 6; and n is an integer from 2 to 12; A1 and A2 have certain structures. A pharmaceutical composition for inhibition of enteropeptidase and/or inhibition of trypsin is also disclosed.
