SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the dairy industry and can be used to produce a dry mixture for milk pudding. Dry mixture for milk pudding includes skimmed powdered milk and/or whey protein, wherein the mixture of skimmed powdered milk and whey protein is at a ratio 1:2 of components; as well as pectin, powdered sugar and a filler in the form of natural freeze-dried vegetable, fruit or berry powder, at the following content of components per 100 g of the finished product, g: skimmed powdered milk and/or whey protein 35 to 45, filler in the form of natural freeze-dried vegetable, fruit or berry powder 25 to 35, powdered sugar 20 to 25, pectin 5. Method for manufacturing milk pudding includes mixing the above dry mixture with skimmed milk preheated to 40°C at a 1:5 ratio of components, homogenising at a pressure of 10 to 12 MPa, pasteurising the milk pudding at a temperature of 60 to 65°C for 5 minutes, and cooling the product to 4-6°C, followed by packaging.

EFFECT: expanded range of produced milkshakes enriched with natural plant-based raw materials, shortened process of preparing the product, and production of a finished product with high organoleptic properties.
