SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to an aerosol generating device, an aerosol generating system, and a liquid container made with the possibility of being used with the aerosol generating device. Aerosol generating device (12) contains casing (20) forming a mouthpiece end, a far end, a sidewall between the mouthpiece end and the far end, and chamber (32) located inside the casing and made with the possibility of accommodation of liquid container (46). The casing contains retention means (18) made with the possibility of retention of the liquid container inside the casing and containing retention lever (72). Power supply source (24) is located inside the casing. The sidewall of the casing forms insertion window (34), through which it is possible to place the liquid container inside the specified chamber.

EFFECT: possibility of simplified access to a liquid container or its replacement is provided due to easy attachment by means of a magnetic retention mechanism.
