FIELD: immunology.
SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to the field of immunology, in particular to compositions for use in induction of oral immune tolerance and/or for use in prevention, and/or reduction in the risk of development of oral immune intolerance, and/or improvement or enhancing oral tolerance to cow milk protein. Inventions are based on the use of Bifidobacterium and hydrolysate of cow milk protein containing an amino acid sequence SEQ ID NO: 5 and at least one peptide having an amino acid sequence SEQ ID NO: 2-4 for the production of a composition for prevention or reduction in the risk of development of oral immune intolerance to milk protein.
EFFECT: inventions allow for obtaining a composition for improvement of induction of oral immune tolerance to cow milk protein.
