FIELD: processing industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention can be used for the rapid processing of organic raw materials. An installation for processing organic raw materials, including municipal solid waste, contains a loading hopper technologically connected in series with unloading and loading pipes, horizontally located two cylindrical working chambers in a heat-insulated housing with hollow screw mechanisms installed inside each of them, a combustion chamber and a raw material collection hopper. Additionally, it contains a separation system, a gas purification system, a steam heating unit combined with a combustion chamber, and a raw material cooling system made in the form of a screw mechanism. The loading hopper has a flue gas supply pipe connected to the hollow screw mechanism of the first working chamber, and a waste flue gas outlet pipe connected to a gas cleaning system. A rotary feeder is installed between the loading hopper and the first working chamber. The first and second chambers communicate with the separation system. The hollow shaft of the screw mechanism of the second chamber is made perforated, the discharge pipe between the first and second chambers is equipped with a screw conveyor. The separation system communicates with the steam heating unit. The cooling system communicates with the steam heating unit and the gas cleaning system. The steam heating unit communicates with the hollow screw mechanisms of the first and second chambers. The second working chamber communicates with the raw material cooling system, which communicates with the raw material collection hopper through a rotary feeder.
