SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to a vaccine composition for treating and preventing enteritis and a method of treating or preventing enteritis caused by BCV or BRV in cattle. Vaccine composition contains an effective amount of at least one of BRV and BCV antigen and adjuvant composition containing mineral oil, emulsifier, CpG-containing immunostimulating oligonucleotide, an aluminum source and, optionally, a polycationic carrier taken in a certain ratio. A method of treating or preventing enteritis in cattle involves administering a vaccine composition.
EFFECT: group of inventions provides an effective stable vaccine composition for treating or preventing enteritis caused by BCV or BRV.
