SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to means for providing insertion into the vagina of a device used to relieve and prevent symptoms associated with pelvic organ prolapse and urinary and (or) fecal incontinence. A device inserted into the vagina is presented for relief, assistance, treatment, prevention, and/or elimination of symptoms associated with pelvic organ prolapse, urinary incontinence, fecal incontinence, or combinations thereof, containing: an upper part having a cone-shaped body having a base, an inner wall, an inner part, and an outer wall; and a rib inside the cone-shaped body, made with the possibility of application of pressure to the wall of the organ for relief, assistance, treatment, prevention, and/or elimination of symptoms associated with pelvic organ prolapse, urinary incontinence, fecal incontinence, or combinations thereof. In this case, the rib and the cone-shaped body are made as a single whole, and the rib itself passes across the inner part, and it is connected to the inner wall. Other embodiments of the above-mentioned device, options of a method for using this device, a case for a device inserted into the vagina, and a kit for relief, assistance, treatment, prevention, and/or elimination of symptoms associated with pelvic organ prolapse, urinary incontinence, fecal incontinence, or combinations thereof are also described.
