SUBSTANCE: present invention relates to the field of hydroacoustics and can be used for the interaction of a support watercraft with an underwater vehicle (UV). The indicated technical result is achieved by using the "reference" frequency response of the noise field of the water space (interference) at the frequency Ωref to record in a memory apparatus 5 and supplying it to the first input of an adaptive filter 6; wherein the LF components of interference+signal Ωref±Ωwork isolated from the HF signal ω1±Ωref±Ωwork by the demodulation method are supplied to the second input of the adaptive filter 6, wherein the useful signal at the frequency Ωwork (signal) cleared from the noise of the marine environment by adaptive processing is supplied from the output of said filter to the input of the resolving apparatus 7 and then to the input of the recording apparatus 8 to document the information. A unit for generating and amplifying the emitted HF pump signal 1, the output whereof is linked with the input of the emitter 2, is used as a signal generation apparatus. The emitted HF acoustic pump signal and the modulated LF acoustic signal are received by means of the receiver 3, wherein the electrical signal converted in the receiver from the acoustic signal is supplied from the output of said receiver to the input of the unit for amplifying and processing the received HF signal of combination frequencies 4, connected to the input of the memory apparatus 5.
EFFECT: increase in the noise resistance in the process of interaction of an underwater vehicle with a support watercraft.
