SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of communication, in particular to a method and a device for data transmission. In the method for data transmission, a network device transmits to a terminal device configuration information, which includes at least information for indication of an initial transmission position of a data block transmitted via an uplink channel. The network device receives the data block transmitted via the uplink channel, sent by the terminal device in accordance with configuration information. At the same time, information for indication of the initial transmission position of the data block transmitted via the uplink channel is used for indication of a position in a resource, where the first transmission of the data block transmitted via the uplink channel can be initiated in a non-dynamic resource, which has configuration for transmission with non-dynamic dispatching.
