FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of electroplating and can be used in medicine for producing an osteoplastic material during the replacement of bone tissue defects resulting from surgical intervention and degenerative-dystrophic bone diseases, as a component of an implanted material or as a scaffold in the creation of tissue engineering structures. Method includes the stages of preparing an electrolyte with a component ratio of Ca:P equal to 1.67; and conducting electrodeposition at an electrolyte temperature from 25 to 35°C, wherein a highly porous open-cell carbon material with a porosity of 85 to 97% is used as a cathode, being pre-boiled in ethyl alcohol at 80°C for 30 minutes and washed with distilled water until a neutral pH is reached, then dried to a constant mass at a temperature gradually increasing from room temperature to 80°C, and the electrodeposition is conducted at a constant current from 100 to 200 mA in an aqueous alcoholic solution with a 50% content of ethyl alcohol for 20 minutes while constantly stirring at 200 to 400 rpm and adding hydrogen peroxide in a concentration from 1 to 10 ml/l; wherein upon the end of electrodeposition, the highly porous open-cell carbon material with an osteoinductive coating is washed in distilled water until a neutral pH is reached and dried to a constant mass at a 140°C.
EFFECT: creation of an osteoinductive hydroxyapatite-containing coating on the surface of a highly porous open-cell carbon material using electrochemical deposition.
