SUBSTANCE: embodiments of the invention described herein relate to a method implemented in a scheduling node for scheduling uplink transmission from a wireless device to a scheduling node, wherein the wireless device is connected to the primary cell (PCell) of the scheduling node in the licensed or unlicensed frequency range and the wireless device is also connected to at least one secondary cell (SCell) in the unlicensed frequency range. Scheduling node determines at least one “listen-before-talk” (LBT) parameter associated with the LBT procedure, and informs the wireless device of the determined at least one LBT parameter in the uplink transmission scheduling resolution.
