FIELD: microbiology.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a method for the production of a concentrated preparation of collagenases, including cultivation of a producent Clostridium histolyticum 468 or a producent Clostridium histolyticum SK B-8362 in anaerobic conditions on Ramon’s nutrient medium, subsequent separation of microbial mass by filtration, using a cascade of deep filters with a pore diameter from 3.0-0.8 to 0.3-0.1 mcm, ultrafiltration, concentration, microfiltration, chromatographic purification, and concentration of a purified concentrate of collagenases. In this case, the method differs in that fractions containing a number of collagenases of I and II types of more than 70% by wt. of the total weight of a fraction are combined, the purified concentrate of collagenases is concentrated on an ultrafiltration installation, obtaining purified collagenases of I and II types, the resulting preparation is mixed with stabilizers.
EFFECT: obtaining a concentrated preparation of collagenases.
