SUBSTANCE: device (1) for dispensing beverage (100) has: beverage guide (10) for guiding beverage (100) using guide (10) to area (2) for placement of a user container; and beverage making unit (5), which has output channel (51) of the unit, through which liquid (100, 101) passes from guiding rail (50) for a beverage to guide (10) located below output channel (51) of the unit. Guide (10) has flow cavity (10a), lower part (10b), and sidewalls (10c) located in such a way that lower part (10b) and sidewalls (10c) limit flow cavity (10a). Guide (10) has element (12) receiving an incoming flow for impact on a flow of beverage (100) supplied from output channel (51) of the unit to element (12) receiving the incoming flow before it reaches lower part (10b) of flow cavity (10a).

EFFECT: creation of a system for control of beverages, which are foamed during their preparation in such a way that the dispensed beverage has adjustable foam.
