SUBSTANCE: device (1) for dispensing beverage (100) has beverage guider (10), release guide (20), and actuator (30). Guider (10) is made with the possibility of movement between a dispensing position and a non-dispensing position. Guider (10) is made with the possibility of delivery of beverage (100) or liquid waste (101) to release guide (20) in the direction towards placement area (2) or waste collector (3). Guider (10) is made with the possibility of movement relatively to release guide (20). Release guide (20) may be made with the possibility of being actuated by actuator (30) for affecting guider (10) in such a way that guider (10) moves to at least one of the dispensing position and the non-dispensing position.

EFFECT: structure of the claimed device allows for prevention of undesired leakage of beverage residues from an output channel to a dispensing zone, in particular, after dispensing a beverage and/or between dispensing beverages.
