SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of auxiliary equipment of steelmaking or rolling units; it can be used for registration and transmission of data on a state of bearings of these units. A device contains a sensor with a data processing unit for registration and storage of data on the state of the bearing, a data transmission unit, which is made with the possibility of wireless transmission of sensor data to a remote receiver, an energy reception unit, which is made with the possibility of wireless energy reception and its transmission to the mentioned units made with the possibility of placement in a case of the bearing, and a power source with an energy transmission unit, which is made with the possibility of wireless provision of energy to the energy reception unit. At the same time, the energy transmission unit is made with the possibility of placement being covered by the case of the bearing on or in a structural element, which is adjacent to the case of the bearing and is a part of a support structure of the unit, which is not disconnected from it in maintenance, and the power source is located outside the case of the bearing.
EFFECT: use of the invention allows for increase in the reliability of a device and simplification of its maintenance.
