FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: device includes a tube with a proximal end and a distal end for introduction into the body cavity including anatomical structures, and a blade installed at the distal end. The device also includes a handle at the proximal end and includes a device, which generates sensitive output signals, when receiving activating signals, and a position sensor fixed in a set position relatively to the tube. The device additionally includes a processor made with the possibility of obtaining a cavity image, determination of positions for each structure based on the image, reception from the sensor of a position signal indicating the position of the blade in the cavity, determination, based on the position of the blade and positions of corresponding structures, of the proximity of the blade to this structure, and transmission to the warning device of this activating signal in response to the proximity to this structure.
EFFECT: use of this group of inventions will allow for close approach to sensitive areas in the patient’s body.
