SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to medicine, namely to a medical system and a method for three-dimensional representation of the electrical activity of the heart chamber. The system contains a catheter, a display and a treatment circuit. The catheter contains the distal part of the catheter electrode. The electrodes are located at appropriate locations on the distal part and are designed to be inserted into the heart chamber of a living subject. The electrodes are designed to be moved between the measurement areas to measure the electrical activity of the chamber tissues using the corresponding catheter electrodes in each of the measurement areas. When performing the method, signals are received from the catheter. For each of the measurement areas, the catheter measurement position and the corresponding electrode position from the corresponding catheter electrodes are calculated in response to these signals. A three-dimensional representation of the camera is presented on the display. In this case, the image includes the corresponding markers of the measurement area, indicating the calculated position of the catheter measurement in the corresponding measurement areas. The user input selecting one of the markers of the measurement area is accepted. The displayed three-dimensional representation in response to the received user input to include electrode markers indicating the corresponding electrode positions from the corresponding catheter electrodes is updated. At this time, the catheter measures the electrical activity of tissues in one of the respective measurement areas corresponding to the selected marker of the measurement area. The electrical activity of tissues perceived by the corresponding catheter electrodes is identified. The electrical activity is measured in the measurement areas corresponding to the selected marker. In this case, the identification of electrical activity includes the identification of areas having electrical activity below the threshold value, having focal activity or rotational activity. In response to the received user input, the display of the three-dimensional representation is updated to include the electrode markers. In this case, the electrode markers indicating an area with electrical activity below the threshold value, the area of focal activity or the area of rotational activity have a different type of representation than the other electrode markers.
EFFECT: system and method for three-dimensional representation of the electrical activity of the heart chamber are provided, created with the possibility of identifying in the measurement areas corresponding to the selected marker, areas with electrical activity below the threshold value, having focal or rotational activity, with continuous data acquisition over a long period of time, in conjunction with a specific catheter electrode designated by a specific marker, which makes it possible to quickly detect and display the specified area.
